A small AMEX IPO for Coffee Holding Co., Inc. (AMEX: JVA) just opened for trading. The 1.4 million share deal is trading at $5.15 after pricing at $5.00. Joseph Stevens & Company, Inc. is the lead managing underwriter for the offering.
Coffee Holding is a leading integrated wholesale coffee roaster and dealer in the United States and one of the few coffee companies that offers a broad array of coffee products across the entire spectrum of consumer tastes, preferences and price points.
The underwriter also confirmed to us that they helped bring GuruNet Corp (AMEX: GRU) to the market, which turned into a successful AMEX deal.
