Hyperion Therapeutics (Nasdaq: HPTX) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $57.5 million. Hyperion plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker "HPTX."
The offering is being made through Leerink Swann, Cowen and Company, and Needham & Company.
Hyperion is a biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of novel therapeutics to treat disorders in the areas of orphan diseases and hepatology.
