Forum Energy Tech (FET) Files $300M IPO

Forum Energy Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: FET), filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $300 million. Forum Energy plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "FET."

The offering is being made through J.P. Morgan.

Forum Energy Technologies is a global oilfield products company, serving the subsea, drilling, completion, production and process sectors of the oil and natural gas industry.
