Echo Global Logistics (ECHO) Files $100M IPO

Echo Global Logistics (Nasdaq: ECHO) filed a registration statement with the SEC for an initial public offering of its common stock. The proposed maximum aggregate offering price is $100 million. The company plans to list on the NASDAQ under the stock symbol "ECHO".

The offering is being made through Lehman Brothers, Citi, William Blair & Company, Thomas Weisel Partners, Barrington Research and Craig-Hallum Capital.
