DigitalGlobe (DGI) Files $250M IPO
DigitalGlobe Inc. (NYSE: DGI) filed a registration statement with the SEC for an initial public offering of its common stock. The proposed maximum aggregate offering price is $250 million. The company plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol "DGI".
The offering is being made through Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, Citi, UBS Investment Bank, JPMorgan and Jefferies & Company.
DigitalGlobe is a leading global provider of commercial high resolution earth imagery solutions. Its solutions support a wide variety of uses, such as defense and intelligence initiatives, mapping and analysis, environmental monitoring, oil and gas exploration, and infrastructure management. [BCS]
