Diamondback Energy, Inc. (Nasdaq: FANG), filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering amount is $100 million. Diamondback plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker "FANG."
Diamondback Energy is an independent oil and natural gas company currently focused on the acquisition, development, exploration and exploitation of unconventional, onshore oil and natural gas reserves in the Permian Basin in West Texas.
