BlackStratus (Nasdaq: BLKS) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $20 million. BlackStratus plans to list on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker "BLKS."
