Archipelago Learning, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARCL) has filed an amended registration statement with the SEC for an initial public offering of its common stock. The Company is offering 6,250,000 shares and expects the offering price to be between $15-$17 per share. The Company plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol "ARCL".
The offering is being made through BofA Merrill Lynch, William Blair, Robert W. Baird, Piper Jaffray and Stifel Nicolaus.
