Alimera Sciences (Nasdaq: ALIM) filed a registration statement with the SEC for an initial public offering of its common stock. The proposed maximum aggregate offering price is $75 million. The company plans to list on the NASDAQ under the stock symbol "ALIM."
The offering is being made through Credit Suisse, Citi, Cowen and Company and Leerink Swann.
