Jimmy John's Preparing IPO - Report
Jimmy John's is interviewing investment banks in preparation of an IPO that could value the sub shop at more than $2 billion, Reuters reported late Tuesday.
The restaurant chain is currently owned by founder Jimmy John Liautaud and private equity firm Weston Presidio.
Jimmy John's is said to have annual earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization of roughly $150 million, the report stated citing people familiar.
