Accredited Home Lenders Holding Co. (NASDAQ: LEND) 17% LOWER; anticipates fully-diluted earnings per share for the year will not reach the lower end of the company's previous 2006 guidance of $4.50. The consensus is $4.78.

Citrix Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTXS) 17% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.34, 1 cents better than estimates.(0.33) Revenues were $277.6 million vs. $280.86 million consensus. Advanced Micro Devices (NYSE: AMD) 11% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.27, 3 cents better than estimates.(0.24) Revenues were $1.33 billion vs. $1.31 billion consensus. Sees Q4 sequential sales growth. Margins fell.

Logitech International SA (Nasdaq: LOGI) 11% HIGHER; Tops Q2 Views; Guides Higher

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: REGN) 10.5% HIGHER; Bayer HealthCare (NYSE: BAY) and Regeneron announced that the companies have entered into a collaboration agreement for the global development, and commercialization outside the U.S., of the VEGF Trap for the treatment of eye disease by local administration (VEGF Trap-Eye).

Investors Financial Services Corp. (Nasdaq: IFIN) 10% LOWER; missed Q3 views and guidance below the street.

NVE Corp. (Nasdaq: NVEC) 10% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.27, 7 cents better than estimates(0.20). Total revenue, consisting of product sales and contract research and development revenue, increased 44% to $4.40 million for the second quarter of fiscal 2007 from $3.05 million in the prior-year quarter.

Vignette (Nasdaq: VIGN) 7% HIGHER; reports Q3 earnings of $0.19 per share, ex-items, 7 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $49.3 million versus the consensus of $47.7 million. Sees Q4 EPS of $0.18-$0.25 versus the consensus of $0.18. Sees Q4 revenues of $48-$53 million versus the consensus fo $50.70 million.

Silicon Storage (Nasdaq: SSTI) 6.5% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.05, which may not be comparable to the consensus of $0.01 Revenues were $116 million vs. $122.05 million consensus. Sees Q4 revenues of $106-$121 million versus the consensus of $136.45 million.

Ryland Group Inc. (NYSE: RYL) 5% HIGHER; tops Q3 views.

Cubist Pharmaceutical (Nasdaq: CBST) 4% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.09, 5 cents better than estimates.(0.04) Revenues were $50.4 million vs. $54.17 million consensus

Hershey Co. (NYSE: HSY) 3.8% LOWER; reports Q3 earnings of $0.78 per share, 3 cents worse than estimates. Revenues came in at $1.41 billion versus the consensus of $1.43 billion.

Horizon Lines, Inc. (NYSE: HRZ) 3% HIGHER; Raises Guidance Due To Adoption of Tonnage Tax

Briggs & Stratton Corp. (NYSE: BGG) 3% LOWER; reports a Q1 loss of $0.36, 13 cents worse than estimates. Revenues were $338.2 million vs. $434.75 million consensus. Forecasts results in net income for fiscal 2007 in the range of $75 to $85 million or $1.51 to $1.71 per diluted share. Current consensus is $2.37.

Hansen Natural Corp. (Nasdaq: HANS) 2% HIGHER; will replace Reynolds and Reynolds Co. (NYSE: REY) in the S&P MidCap 400.
