King Digital (KING) Sees Some Game Launches Helping in Q3 - CFO Cochran

King Digital Entertainment (NYSE: KING) is presenting at the 43rd Annual J.P. Morgan Global Technology, Media and Telecom Conference in Boston, Massachusetts.

In part, CFO Hope Cochran commented [not verbatim]:

-- The company is experiencing strong seasonal issues this quarter
-- Mobile is making up for a decline in desktop
-- The company sees some launches helping in Q3
-- The company sees 'mid-core' gaming launch this year
-- The company will use different launch methods with different games
-- The company has 12 studios working under it
-- The company will be testing a 'mobile light' concept
-- The company is continuing its partnership with Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) Windows
-- The company is aiming for player retention
-- The company expects to keep generating strong free cash flow
-- The company would love to expand its common stock buyback program
-- 'Candy Crush' is seen as an outlier and it cannot predict the next big hit
