Alpha Natural (NYSE: ANR) said in a filing "On October 2, 2014, in connection with anticipated investor meetings, Alpha reconfirmed selected 2014 guidance, as set forth in its earnings release dated August 6, 2014, for the following items: Coal Shipments, including West, Eastern Steam and Eastern Metallurgical; East - Adjusted Cost of Coal Sales per Ton; West - Adjusted Cost of Coal Sales per Ton; Selling, General & Administrative Expense; Depletion, Depreciation & Amortization; Interest Expense; Cash Paid for Interest; and Capital Expenditures.
