Clark (NYSE: CLK) 29.6% HIGHER; entered into a definitive merger agreement with a wholly-owned US subsidiary of AEGON N.V. (NYSE: AEG). Under the agreement, which has been unanimously approved by Clark's board of directors and a special committee of Clark independent directors, the AEGON subsidiary will commence a cash tender offer for all of the outstanding shares of Clark for a purchase price of $16.55 per share, or approximately $293 million.

Answerthink (Nasdaq: ANSR) 23% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.03, in-line with estimates.(0.03) Revenues were $43.6 million vs. $49.87 million consensus. Sees Q4 EPS of $0.00-$0.02 versus the consensus of $0.04.

XOMA Ltd. (NASDAQ: XOMA) 17% HIGHER; the company and Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited entered into an agreement for therapeutic monoclonal antibody discovery and development. The collaboration is intended to capitalize on XOMA's comprehensive antibody discovery, development and production technologies and expertise.

CoTherix Inc. (NASDAQ: CTRX) 12% HIGHER; reported results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2006. Net product sales for Ventavis Inhalation Solution in the third quarter of 2006 were $18.4 million, an increase of 13 percent over the second quarter of 2006, and an increase of 118 percent over the third quarter of 2005.

24/7 Media (Nasdaq: TFSM) 12% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.09, in-line with estimates.(0.09) Revenues were $49.1 million vs. $49.76 million consensus. Sees Q4 EPS of $0.11-$0.12, versus the consensus of $0.12. Sees FY07 EPS of $0.51-$0.55 versus the consensus of $0.53.

Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (NYSE: WMT) 1.6% LOWER; comparable store sales for the periods ending October 27, 2006 rose 0.5% (0.3% and Wal-Mart, 2% at Sam's Club). Comparable store sales in the U.S. for the November four-week period are estimated to be approximately flat.

Dell Inc. (Nasdaq: DELL) 1% HIGHER; Goldman Sachs upgrades Dell (DELL) to Neutral

Gulfmark Offshore (Nasdaq: GMRK) INDICATED HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $1.59, above the consensus of $0.92. Revenues were $75.8 million vs. $61.64 million consensus. Operating income for the third quarter of $44.4 million was also a new record.
