Euro Tech Holdings Co. Ltd. (Nasdaq: CLWT) 45% HIGHER; sees pre-open momentum

Cray Inc. (Nasdaq: CRAY) 28% HIGHER; has been awarded a $250 million agreement from the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Under this agreement, Cray will develop a revolutionary new supercomputer based on the company's Adaptive Supercomputing vision, a phased approach to hybrid computing that integrates a range of processing technologies into a single scalable platform.

MGM Mirage (NYSE: MGM) 10% HIGHER; Kirk Kerkorian's Tracinda intends to make a cash tender offer for up to 15,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $.01 per share, of MGM MIRAGE (NYSE: MGM - News) at a price of $55.00 per share.

Dell Inc (Nasdaq: DELL) 9.7% HIGHER; reports preliminary Q3 EPS of $0.30, 6 cents better than estimates.(0.24) Revenues were $14.4 billion vs. $14.44 billion consensus.

Brocade Communications (Nasdaq: BRCD) 8% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.14, 2 cents better than estimates.(0.12) Revenues were $208.8 million vs. $203.45 million consensus.

Coldwater Creek (Nasdaq: CWTR) 6% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.17, in-line with estimates.(0.17) Revenues were $256.4 million vs. $245.53 million consensus.

J. Crew (NYSE: JCG) 6% HIGHER; reports Q3 adjusted EPS of $0.27, 6 cents better than estimates.(0.21) Revenues were $275.6 million compared to $223.36 million for the same period last year. The Company currently expects fiscal 2006 diluted earnings per share in the range of $0.95 to $0.97. This compares to the Company's previously announced earnings guidance range of $0.86 to $0.88 per diluted share. Current FY EPS consensus is $0.89.

Cyberonics Inc. (Nasdaq: CYBX) 5.6% HIGHER; Cramer highlights on Mad Money

DirecTV Group Inc. (NYSE: DTV) 5% HIGHER; will replace Freescale Semiconductor Inc. (NYSE: FSL.B) in the S&P 500 after the close of trading on a date to be announced.

PDL BioPharma, Inc. (Nasdaq: PDLI) 4% LOWER; announced that Roche will discontinue its agreement with PDL to jointly develop and commercialize daclizumab for organ transplant patients on longer-term maintenance therapy.

ValueClick Inc. (NASDAQ: VCLK) 4% HIGHER; will replace Questar Corp. in the S&P MidCap 400

IAC/InterActiveCorp (NASDAQ: IACI) 4% HIGHER; will replace Lucent Technologies in the S&P 500 after the close of trading on Thursday, November 30.

Blockbuster Inc. (NYSE: BBI) 2.7% HIGHER; Chairman/CEO John F. Antioco disclosed he bought 220,000 shares on 11/21 at $4.66.

Questar Corp. (NYSE: STR) 2% HIGHER; will replace North Fork Bancorporation, Inc. (NYSE: NFB) in the S&P 500.
