Cybersource Corporation (Nasdaq: CYBS) 15% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.09, 3 cents better than the analysts estimates of $0.06. Revenues for the quarter were $26.5 million, versus the consensus of $23.81 million. Guidance for Q4 EPS $0.12 versus $0.13 consensus. Revenues were $31.5 million versus consensus $27.77 million

Overstock.com Inc. (Nasdaq: OSTK) 14.7% HIGHER; reports Q3 loss of $0.20, versus the consensus of a $0.39 loss. Revenues came in at $161.9 million, versus the consensus of $155.1 million. CEO Patrick M. Byrne said, "In Q3, we generated positive EBITDA for the first time in a non-Q4 quarter. I believe this validates our view that a profitable business model is emerging, particularly in light of our de minimus capital expenditures ($316K during Q3)."

Steven Madden (Nasdaq: SHOO) 14% HIGHER; received inquiries from several different companies in regards to an acquisition of the Company. In response to the inquiries, Steve Madden's Board of Directors has formed a Strategic Review Committee and will work with Peter J. Solomon & Co in order to evaluate strategic alternatives.

Cabela's Incorporated (NYSE: CAB) 8.8% LOWER; expects to report third quarter total revenue of approximately $547 million. The Wall Street consensus is $557.54 million. Cabela\'s expects diluted earnings per share to be between $0.18 and $0.20 for the third quarter. The Wall Street consensus is $0.26.

PMC-Sierra (Nasdaq: PMCS) 8.7% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.09, 3 cents better than the analysts estimates of $0.06. Revenues for the quarter were $117.5 million, versus the consensus of $113.72 million.

Titanium Metals Corp. (NYSE: TIE) 6.8% HIGHER; will replace Bausch & Lomb Inc. (NYSE: BOL) in the S&P 500 after the close of trading on a date to be announced. Bausch & Lomb is being acquired by Warburg Pincus in a deal still pending final approvals.

Tempur Pedic International (NYSE: TPX) 7% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.49, 4 cents better than the analysts estimates of $0.45. Revenues for the quarter were $294.1 million, versus the consensus of $277.59 million. The Company expects FY07 EPS to be in the range of $1.74 to $1.76, versus the consensus of $1.68. FY07 revenues are expected to be $1.105 to $1.115 billion, versus the consensus of $1.09 billion.

Informatica (Nasdaq: INFA) 5% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.19, 2 cents better than the analysts estimates of $0.17. Revenues for the quarter were $96 million, versus the consensus of $93.58 million.

Intuitive Surgical (Nasdaq: ISRG) 5% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.04 with a 9 cent gain, 24 cents better than the analysts estimates of $0.80. Revenues for the quarter were $156.9 million, versus the consensus of $143.5 million.

Cree Inc. (Nasdaq: CREE) 5% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.10, 2 cents better than the analysts estimates of $0.08. Revenues for the quarter were $113.4 million, versus the consensus of $112.73 million. Cree sees Q2 EPS $0.10-$0.12, versus $0.09.

NYSE Euronext, Inc. (NYSE: NYX) 4.5% HIGHER; will replace Limited Brands Inc. (NYSE: LTD) in the S&P 100 and Hilton Hotels Corp. Inc. (NYSE: HLT) in the S&P 500 after the close of trading on Wednesday, October 24

SanDisk Corp. (Nasdaq: SNDK) 2% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.36 (adj-EPS of $0.54), 4 cents better than the analysts estimates of $0.32. Revenues for the quarter were $1.04 billion, versus the consensus of $935.22 million

Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT) 2% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $1.40, below the consensus of $1.43. Revenues came in at $11.442 billion versus the consensus of $11.19 billion. Caterpillar said profit and profit per share are the highest ever for a third quarter. Caterpillar sees FY EPS of $5.20-$5.60, versus prior view of $5.30-$5.80. The Wall Street consensus is $5.44.

LeapFrog Enterprises (NYSE: LF) INDICATED LOWER;announced that it expects to report net sales for the third quarter ended September 30, 2007 of approximately $143 million and a net loss of approximately $(0.05) per share versus consensus revenue of $182.7 million and EPS of $0.24. The Company expects to report cash and investments of approximately $95 million and inventories, net of allowances, of approximately $110 million at September 30, 2007, consistent with LeapFrog's plan.

Angiotech Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: ANPI) INDICATED LOWER; said third quarter revenues were $68.0 million. Wall Street analysts were looking for $76.8 million. Angiotech Pharmaceuticals is also updating full year 2007 expected royalty revenue range to $118 million to $120 million, based on third quarter paclitaxel-eluting stent sales of $448 million announced by BSC in its third quarter earnings release earlier today.

Zygo Corporation (Nasdaq: ZIGO) INDICATED LOWER; said it expects first quarter sales to be in the range of $31.0 to $32.0 million and expects a first quarter loss per share in the range of $0.04 to $0.06. Analysts have looked for Zygo to reports a revenues of $37.1 million and profit of $0.03.
