Red Hat (Nasdaq: RHAT) 19% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.11, in-line with estimates.(0.11) Revenues were $99.7 million vs. $97.14 million consensus. Sees Q3 EPS of $0.12-$0.13, versus the consensus of $0.12.

Bearingpoint Inc. (NYSE: BE) 14% LOWER; Order entered by the State Supreme Court for New York County finding the company in default under the indenture governing the Company's 2.75% Series B Convertible Subordinated Debentures due 2024 as a result of its failure to timely provide certain SEC docs. The company is deferring the filing of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for fiscal 2005. The Company will be significantly below the low end of its GAAP operating income and cash guidance ranges for 2006. Previous financial guidance withdrawn.

DIVX (Nasdaq: DIVX) 7.6% HIGHER; Jim Cramer was positive on the recent IPO on Mad Money

Jabil Circuit Inc. (NYSE: JBL) 7% HIGHER; reports Q4 revenues were $3.0 billion vs. $2.84 billion consensus. Company delays earnings report due to stock option expense. Expects first quarter revenue in the range of $3.1 to $3.3 billion, versus the consensus of $3.07 billion.

Foxhollow Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq:FOXH) 6% HIGHER; FoxHollow and Merck & Co., Inc., (NYSE: MRK) announced that they will expand the scope of their existing strategic collaboration for atherosclerotic plaque analysis and that Merck will acquire a stake in FoxHollow with the purchase of $95 million in common stock.

NaviSite, Inc. (NASDAQ: NAVI) 6% HIGHER; reports a Q4 loss of $0.11 compared to a loss of $0.06 for the same period in 2005. Revenues were $29.4 million compared to $25.8 million for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2005. NaviSite projects revenue for the first quarter of fiscal year 2007 to be between $29.0 and $29.5 million, expected growth of 15% over the first quarter of fiscal year 2006.

Landec Corporation (Nasdaq: LNDC) 5% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.00 (breakeven), 2 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $51.1 million vs. $53.18 million consensus.

Dress Barn Inc. (Nasdaq: DBRN) 4.9% HIGHER; Dress Barn (Nasdaq: DBRN) reports Q4 EPS of $0.35, 4 cents better than estimates.(0.31) Revenues were $343.3 million vs. $343.1 million consensus. For the fiscal year ending July 28, 2007, the Company reaffirms its previously estimated earnings per diluted share guidance in the range of $1.25 to $1.30.

Acorda Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: ACOR) 4.9% LOWER; seeing profit taking following today's 29% run-up and yesterday's 283% run-up after announcing positive results from its Phase 3 clinical trial of Fampridine-SR on walking in people with multiple sclerosis.

Acquicor Technology Inc. (AMEX: AQR) 4.55% HIGHER; and privately held Jazz Semiconductor, Inc. jointly announced that they have entered into a merger agreement under which Jazz Semiconductor will merge with a wholly owned subsidiary of Acquicor in an all-cash transaction valued at $260 million

Paychex Inc. (Nasdaq: PAYX) 3.7% LOWER; Paychex (Nasdaq: PAYX) reports Q1 EPS of $0.35, 1 cent better than estimates.(0.34) Revenues were $459.37 million vs. $461.38 million consensus. Expects to meet fiscal 2007 guidance.

Finisar Corp. (Nasdaq: FNSR) 3.3% HIGHER; Citigroup Initiates Coverage on Finisar Corp (FNSR) with a Buy

McCormick & Co. Inc. (NYSE: MKC) 2.6% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.42, 6 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $663.1 million versus the consensus of $638 million. Sees 2006 EPS growth of 11%-12%, versus prior view of 8%-10%. Sees 2006 EPS of $1.45-$1.48, versus prior view of $1.41-$1.44.

Career Education Corp. (Nasdaq: CECO) 2% LOWER; Lehman Brothers downgrades Career Education (CECO) to Underweight

Molecular Devices Corporation (Nasdaq: MDCC) INDICATED LOWER; said it now anticipates third quarter revenues of $44 to $46 million, GAAP fully diluted earnings per share of $0.12 to $0.17 and non-GAAP fully diluted earnings per share of $0.17 to $0.22, excluding $0.05 per share of non-cash stock compensation expense related to SFAS 123R. The consensus is $49.21 million in revenue and non-GAAP EPS of $0.29.

Vitran Corporation Inc. (NASDAQ: VTNC) INDICATED LOWER; is revising its annual earnings guidance for 2006 from its previous range of $1.63 to $1.73 per share, down to $1.48 to $1.52 per share. Current consensus is $1.66.
