The company now expects revenue between $17.0 and $18.0 million compared to its initial guidance of $16.0 to $17.5 million and to $18.5 million a year ago. The consensus is $17.06 million. Sees EPS between $0.04 and $0.05 compared to its initial guidance of $0.02 to $0.04. The consensus is $0.04.
Adobe Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: ADBE) 8% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.29, 3 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $602.2 million versus the consensus of $595.12 million. Sees Q4 EPS of $0.32-$0.34, versus the consensus of $0.32. Sees Q4 revenue of $655-$685 million versus the consensus of $668.6 million.

Ford Motor Co. (NYSE: F) 7.8% LOWER; Accelerates 'Way Forward' turnaround plan. Merrill Lynch Downgrades Ford Motor to Sell
Public Service Enterprise Group Incorporated (NYSE: PEG) 6.7% LOWER; Public Service Enterprise Group and Exelon Corporation (NYSE: EXC) announced today that Exelon has given PSEG formal notice of termination of the merger agreement announced December 20, 2004, and the companies have agreed to withdraw their application for merger approval, which has been pending before the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities for more than 19 months.
Daimlerchrysler AG (NYSE: DCX) 5.86% LOWER; lowered its operating profit forecast for full-year 2006 to be in the magnitude of $6.4 billion based on an expected full-year operating loss of approximately $1.2 billion for its Chrysler Group. Chrysler Group had earlier announced an anticipated operating loss of up to $0.6 billion in the third quarter which is now expected to be at $1.5 billion.

VeriSign Inc. (Nasdaq: VRSN) 4.9% HIGHER; RBC Capital upgrades VeriSign (VRSN) to Outperform
Tektronix Inc. (NYSE: TEK) 4.3% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.35, 2 cents better than estimates. Revenue came in at $268.1 million versus the consensus of $263.5 million. Sees Q2 revenue of $270-$280 million versus the consensus of $280 million. Sees Q2 EPS from cont ops of $0.33-$0.37, versus the consensus of $0.37.
Microsoft Corp. (Nasdaq: MSFT) 1.25% HIGHER; Goldman Sachs raises price target to $33
Rambus Inc (Nasdaq: RMBS) 1% LOWER; received a notice of purported defaults from U.S. Bank National Association for failing to file its June 30 10-Q. The Company believes that it is not in default under the terms of the Indenture.
