Owens-Illinois (NYSE: OI) 21% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.30, 14 cents better than estimates.(0.16) Revenues were $1.87 billion vs. $1.78 billion consensus.

Isilon Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: ISLN) 20% LOWER; Revenue for the first quarter was $21.6 million, versus the consensus of $22.4 million. Non-GAAP loss of $0.05, versus the consensus of a $0.03 loss. Isilon expects total revenue for the second quarter of 2007 to be in the range of $24.5 million to $27.5 million (cons $27.2M). For the full year 2007, the company expects total revenue to be in the range of $115 million to $125 million (cons $122.3M). If revenue and operating expense expectations are met, Isilon expects to reach breakeven and profitability on a non-GAAP basis in the second half of 2007.

Harman International Industries, Inc. (NYSE: HAR) 18% HIGHER; entered into an agreement to be acquired by affiliates of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. and GS Capital Partners in a transaction valued at approximately $8 billion. Under the terms of the agreement, Harman stockholders will be entitled to receive $120 in cash.

F5 Networks (Nasdaq: FFIV) 16% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.47, 1 cent better than estimates.(0.46) Revenues were $127.6 million vs. $125.58 million consensus. Sees Q3 EPS of $0.48-$0.50, versus the consensus of $0.48. Sees Q3 revs of $131-$133 million versus the consensus of $130.8 million.
