Nitches, Inc. (NASDAQ: NICH) 26% HIGHER; Net Sales increased 141% to $35.4 million. Earnings per basic share of $.27 versus year ago $.14 per share. Order backlog up 50% to $35.1 million

StarTek, Inc. (NYSE: SRT) 15% HIGHER; said total revenues are expected to be approximately $238 million for the full year 2006, versus the consensus $243.34 million. Fourth quarter revenues are expected to be approximately $59 million, versus the consensus of $64.84 million. The Company expects fully diluted earnings per share in the range of $0.07 to $0.09 per share for the fourth quarter of 2006, versus the consensus of $0.16 and $0.38 to $0.40 per share for the full year, versus the consensus of $0.47.

Network Engines Inc. (Nasdaq: NENG) 13% HIGHER; announced that Microsoft Corporation selected Network Engines as their partner to support and fulfill customer needs for its recently acquired Whale SSL VPN customers

Alcatel-Lucent (NYSE: ALU) 9% LOWER; warns for Q4. Expects reported revenues for the fourth quarter of 2006 to be approximately Euro 3.87 billion and reported operating income to be approximately Euro 0.12 billion, including the impact from purchase accounting entries of approximately Euro (0.23) billion.

Gemstar-TV Guide International Inc. (Nasdaq: GMST) 7% HIGHER; announced today a favorable determination in the arbitration with its former chairman and chief executive officer, Henry Yuen.

Temple-Inland Inc. (NYSE: TIN) 7% HIGHER; Icahn discloses 6.73% stake, wants company to spin-off or divest units.

Novavax, Inc.'s (Nasdaq: NVAX) 6% HIGHER; the company's novel virus-like particle (VLP) vaccines have been shown to be effective in generating protection against pandemic influenza as well as cross protection against different strains of the virus in pre-clinical studies, according to data presented here today at the Phacilitate Vaccine Forum

Rediff.com India Limited (Nasdaq: REDF) 6% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.05, 1 cent better than estimates. Revenues were $7.75 million vs. $7.2 million consensus.

hi/fn (Nasdaq: HIFN) 5.5% LOWER; reports a Q1 loss of $0.19 vs. consensus for a loss of $0.04. Non-GAAP net loss, excluding stock-based compensation expense, for the first quarter of fiscal 2007 was $2.3 million, or $0.16 per share. Revenues were $9.3 million vs. $11.22 million consensus.

Neurocrine Biosciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: NBIX) 5% HIGHER; announced today that the Company plans to resubmit its New Drug Application (NDA) for indiplon capsules by the end of 2nd Quarter 2007.

ViroPharma Inc. (NASDAQ: VPHM) 4.3% HIGHER; will replace Per-Se Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: PSTI) in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Thursday, January 25.

Under Armour (NYSE: UA) 3% HIGHER; Credit Suisse upgrades Under Armour from Neutral to Outperform

AMR Corp. (NYSE: AMR) 3% LOWER; announced a public offering of 13 million newly issued shares of its common stock. AMR expects to grant the underwriters of the offering a 30-day option to purchase up to 1.95 million additional shares of AMR common stock solely to cover over-allotments, if any. AMR intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes.

EMC Corp (NYSE: EMC) 3% HIGHER; reports Q4 earnings of $0.17 per share, ex-items, 1 cent better than estimates. Revenues came in at $3.21 billion versus the consensus of $3.17 billion. Consolidated revenue for 2007 is expected to be at least $12.7 billion, versus the consenus of $12.65 billion. GAAP diluted earnings per share for 2007 are expected to be at least $0.64, $0.71 ex-acquisition amortization cost, versus the consensus of $0.63.

Gap Inc. (NYSE: GPS) 2.8% HIGHER; The board of directors of Gap and Paul Pressler announced today that they have mutually agreed that Mr. Pressler will step down from his position as president and chief executive officer of the company, as well as resign his seat on the company's board, effective immediately.

Coach (NYSE: COH) 2% HIGHER; reports Q2 earnings of $0.61 per share, 3 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $836 million versus the consensus of $797.3 million. Sees FY07 EPS of $1.71 versus the consensus of $1.67 consensus. Ses FY07 revenues of $2.63 billion versus the consensus of $2.58 billion.

Texas Instruments (NYSE: TXN) 1.8% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.39 (ex-items), 1 cents better thant estimates.(0.38) Revenues were $3.46 billion vs. $3.43 billion consensus. Sees Q1 EPS between $0.28-0.34 vs. $0.35 consensus. Sees Q1 revenue between $3.01-3.28 billion vs. $3.30 billion consensus.

Coley Pharmaceutical Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: COLY) INDICATED LOWER; announced that the company has made the strategic decision to suspend the independent development of ACTILON, its product candidate for the treatment of Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection.

BlueLinx Holdings Inc. (NYSE: BXC) INDICATED LOWER; expects to report a fourth-quarter net loss in the range of $0.16 to $0.22 per diluted share (consensus is a $0.03 loss) on revenue of approximately $945 million (consensus is $1.09 billion).

Radiation Therapy Services, Inc. (Nasdaq: RTSX) INDICATED LOWER; now expects that fourth quarter 2006 revenues will be in the range of $76 million to $78 million, an increase from its previously stated guidance of $74 million to $77 million. The consensus is $76.85 million. The Company expects fourth quarter 2006 net income of approximately $7.2 million or $0.30 per share as compared to previously stated guidance of $0.36 per share to $0.38 per share. The consensus is $0.36.
