BB&T Capital upgrades Skechers (NYSE: SKX) from Hold to Buy with a $30 price target.
Goldman Sachs upgrades Apache Corp. (NYSE: APA) from Neutral to Buy, with a $100 price target.
JP Morgan upgrades Transocean (NYSE: RIG) and GlobalSantaFe (NYSE: GSF) from Underweight to Neutral, citing a stronger market position due to the merger of the two.

DOWNGRADES:
Deutsche Bank downgrades PRIMEDIA Inc. (NYSE: PRM) from Buy to Hold, but raises their price target to $15.50.
