Fusion-io (FIO) Board Member Rick White Resigns

On June 10, 2013, Rick C. White resigned from the Board of Directors of Fusion-io Inc. (NYSE: FIO) effective immediately. Mr. White did not serve on any committees of the Board. Mr. White's resignation was not related to any issues regarding the integrity of the Company's financial statements or accounting policies and practices.
