BRENTWOOD, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- America Service Group Inc. (NASDAQ: ASGR) announced today that it will provide an online Web simulcast of its third quarter and nine months 2009 earnings conference call on Thursday, October 29, 2009. The Company's results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2009, will be released after the close of the market on Wednesday, October 28, 2009.
The live broadcast of America Service Group's conference call will begin at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, October 29, 2009. A 12-month online replay will be available approximately an hour following the conclusion of the live broadcast.
