Non-GAAP net income for the quarter is expected to be in the range of $0.35 to $0.38 per diluted share versus the Wall Street consensus of $0.49.

The company's diluted earnings per share for the first quarter of 2006 are now expected to be in the range of $0.75 to $0.78, up from the previously indicated range of $0.60 to $0.65 per share and the Wall Street consensus of $0.64.
