Triangle Capital (TCAP) Commences 3.7M Common Offering

Triangle Capital Corporation (NYSE: TCAP) (the "Company") today announced the commencement of a public offering of 3,700,000 shares of common stock in an underwritten public offering. The Company also plans to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 555,000 shares of its common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
