TPG Capital Waives Dilution Clause On WaMu (WM)
According to reports from the New York Times' DealBook, TPG Capital has agreed to waive an agreement that would have forced Washington Mutual (NYSE: WM) to make up any dilutions TPG would face if the bank raised $500 million or more within 18 month following their $7 billion investment in April.
In April, TPG bought 176 million WaMu hares for $8.75 per share and have since seen those shares fall to $2.
