Pacific Ethanol (Nasdaq: PEIX) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to sell, from time to time, up to 12,581,250 shares of Common Stock on behalf of Shareholders.

Pacific Ethanol will not receive proceeds from the sale.
