Forest Oil (FST) Prices 12.5M Shares at $18.25

Forest Oil Corporation (NYSE: FST) announced that it has priced its previously announced public offering of 12,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $18.25 per share. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,875,000 additional shares of its common stock.

Shares of FST closed at $19.40 yesterday.
