Comstock Mining Inc. (AMEX: LODE) announced today that it plans to make a public offering of its common stock. Global Hunter Securities, LLC and Moelis & Company LLC will act as joint-book running managers for the proposed offering and Aegis Capital Corp. will act as co-manager.
