Oracle (Nasdaq: ORCL) reports Q4 EPS of $0.46, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.44. Revenue for the quarter was $6.9 billion, versus the consensus of $6.47 billion.
UPDATE: On its conference call, Oracle issued the following guidance:
sees Q1 non-GAAP EPS of $0.29-$0.31, or $0.31-$0.33 on a constant currency rate, versus the consensus of $0.30. Oralce sees Q1 sales flat to down 2% on a constant currency rate.
