MiX Telematics (MIXT) Tops Q4 EPS by 4c

MiX Telematics (NYSE: MIXT) reported Q4 EPS of $0.06, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $25.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $23.98 million.

Subscription revenue was R307.1 million ($20.7 million), an increase of 15.3% compared with R266.3 million ($18.0 million) for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2015. Growth in subscription revenue was driven primarily by an increase of over 53,800 subscribers, which resulted in an increase in subscribers of 10.5% from March 2015 to March 2016.
