Russell Small Cap Consistent Growth ETF (Nasdaq: SCOG) is down 2.5 percent in early trading on Monday. The downdraft is fueled by Ancestry.com Inc. (Nasdaq: ACOM), which is under massive pressure after NBC decided not to renew the "Who Do You Think You Are?" television series for a fourth season.
