Vivendi notes the Order made today in Paris by the judge Jean-Marie d'Huy, referring the case to the criminal court.
Vivendi joined in these proceedings as a civil plaintiff on October 2002 and has fully cooperated with the judicial authorities since the beginning. Vivendi and its counsel are reviewing the Order.
