Susquehanna downgrades Priceline.com (Nasdaq: PCLN) to Neutral.

Susquehanna analyst says, "We are reducing our rating on PCLN as its shares approach our price target. At current levels, we believe the risk/reward to be fairly balanced. PCLN shares have risen significantly and now discount more of the positives in the story: a resilient Name Your Own Price business, a highly variable cost structure, a declining share count and a more favorable currency environment. Though we continue to like the long-term story, we see PCLN shares as less compelling here given the macro challenges facing it and the rest of the OTA industry."

priceline.com Incorporated is an online travel company that offers its customers a range of travel services, including airline tickets, hotel rooms, car rentals, vacation packages, cruises and destination services.
