Lehman Brothers upgrades Norfolk Southern Corp. (NYSE: NSC) from Underweight to Equal Weight.

Credit Suisse upgrades BRE Properties Inc. (NYSE: BRE) from Neutral to Outperform.

Stiffel, Nicolaus & Co. upgrades SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE: SLG) from Hold to Buy with a $135 price target. The firm raised its rating for several reasons including slowing leasing dynamics, flattening rental rate growth, and virtually no increases in expected vacancies.

Think Equity downgrades Intel Corporation (NASDAQ: INTC) from Accumulate to Source of Funds, citing weak forecasts from PC makers.
