The IPO for Shanda Games (Nasdaq: GAME) is open for trading. Shares are trading at $12.21 after pricing 83.5 million ADS at $12.50, the top end of the expected $10.50-$12.50 range.
The offering is being made through Goldman Sachs (Asia), JPMorgan, Nomura, Oppenheimer and Susquehanna Financial.
