Shares of National Grid (NYSE: NGG) are lower Monday following an early-morning downgrade from BofA. The firm now rates National Grid shares a Neutral, down from Buy previously.

National Grid shares on the NYSE last traded at $50.31, down about 1.3 percent from Friday's closing price.
