January 28, 2009 7:17 AM EST

Morgan Stanley downgrades UPS (NYSE: UPS) from Equal-weight to Underweight, citing "substantial" earnings risks.

The firm said Street estimates are too high and the market is overestimating the benefit from DHL's exit and the company's cost cutting.

United Parcel Service, Inc., a package delivery company, provides transportation, logistics, and financial services in the United States and internationally.

If the Goverment would let upper U.P.S Management run the country we would not have a debt today. I've never worked for a company that waches it's money like U.P.S. Look at United Parcel's history, we Will be alright, we've been through bad times before............
