Merrill Lynch downgrades Advanced Micro Devices (NYSE: AMD) from Neutral to Sell, citing valuation.

The firm said further multiple expansion will depend on profitability by the end of the 2nd half, which they are skeptical about.

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., a semiconductor company, provides processing solutions for the computing, graphics, and consumer electronics markets in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia.
