Diadem Clarification on News Release

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Oct. 1, 2009) - Diadem Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: DRL) announced today clarification regarding news to come. The Company is discussing with various potential partners within the mining industry in order to finance an exploration program for the year 2010. At this time, the Company can not guarantee that these negotiations will be successful. Nevertheless, Diadem is optimistic in its endeavors and will announce as soon as a commitment has been completed successfully.

In 2008, Diadem completed a ground magnetic survey on its Franklin Diamond Project. The location of the Project and the Company's claims are shown on previously published maps which may be viewed on the Diadem website at www.diademresources.com. The survey defined a number of airborne magnetic anomalies which are part of the 28 exploration targets referred to in earlier news releases and other disclosure by Diadem. Several of the anomalies are believed to be similar to known diamond-bearing kimberlite pipes previously discovered on the Project. Diadem plans to finalize its drilling program for the Project which it expects will be carried out later this year, subject to permitting and financing.
