Deutsche Bank Downgrades Lennar (LEN) to Hold

December 7, 2007 7:33 AM EST

Deutsche Bank downgrades Lennar (NYSE: LEN) to Hold.

The firm said Lennar likes to use joint ventures as a way to get ahead in the homebuilder industry, which is normally a positive, however, as of recent, with investors bracing for a "worst-case scenario", Lennar is greatly increasing its risk profile with such exposure.

Lennar Corporation operates as a homebuilder primarily in the United States. It constructs and sells single-family attached and detached homes, and to a lesser extent multi-level buildings to first-time, move-up, and active adult homebuyers.
