(NYSE: ANL) announced the completion of an underwritten public offering of 900,000 shares of its 7.75% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock at a public offering price of $25 per share. The Company has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 100,000 additional shares to cover over-allotments, if any.
