Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.02 per share, down 91% from last quarter's dividend of $0.23.
CEO Lewis B. Campbell said, "This lower dividend is in alignment with the Company’s overall financial strategy announced earlier this year."
All dividends will be paid on April 1, 2009, to holders of record at the close of business on March 13, 2009.
