Meredith Corp. (NYSE: MDP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.495 per share, or $1.98 annualized. This is an 8.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.4575.

The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 29, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 25, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.7 percent.
