Infinity Property & Casualty (NASDAQ: IPCC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.225 per share, or $0.9 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 29, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 13, 2012.
