Assurant, Inc. (NYSE: AIZ) declared a quarterly dividend of $.15 per share of common stock. This represents a 7% increase above the quarterly dividend of $.14 per share, declared on Jan. 23, 2009. The dividend will be payable on June 9, 2009 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 26, 2009.
