Valero Energy Partners (NYSE: VLP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.266 per share, or $1.064 annualized. This is a 10.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.24.

The dividend will be payable on February 12, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 5, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 3, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.3 percent.
