IXYS Corp. (Nasdaq: IXYS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.035 per share, or $0.14 annualized. The amount is up 17 percent form the prior rate of $0.03 per share.

The dividend will be payable on September 26, 2014, to stockholders of record on September 12, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of September 10, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.2 percent.
