UPDATE: Bank of the Ozarks (OZRK) Raises Qtr. Dividend 3.8% to 13.5c/Share; Yields 1.5%

Bank of the Ozarks (NASDAQ: OZRK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.135 per share, or $0.54 annualized. The dividend is a $0.005, or 3.8% increase, over the prior rate.

The dividend will be payable on April 24, 2015, to stockholders of record on April 17, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of April 15, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
