Lam Research (LRCX) Raises Quarterly Dividend 66.7% to $0.30; 1.5% Yield

Lam Research (NASDAQ: LRCX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized. This is a 66.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.18.

The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 10, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of June 8, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.

"Today's dividend announcement reflects management's confidence in Lam Research's sustained market outperformance and strong cash flow generation," said Martin Anstice, President and Chief Executive Officer. "This meaningful increase in dividend level, combined with our share repurchase program, demonstrates our commitment to consistently return value to shareholders."
